我國科學(xué)家成功實(shí)現“量子反?;魻栃?/h1>

記者16日從*獲悉:由該院物理研究所和清華大學(xué)物理系的科研人員組成的聯(lián)合攻關(guān)團隊,經(jīng)過(guò)數年不懈探索和艱苦攻關(guān),zui近成功實(shí)現了“量子反?;魻栃?rdquo;。這是上該領(lǐng)域的一項重要科學(xué)突破,該物理效應從理論研究到實(shí)驗觀(guān)測的全過(guò)程,均由我國科學(xué)家獨立完成。

  量子霍爾效應是整個(gè)凝聚態(tài)物理領(lǐng)域zui重要、zui基本的量子效應之一。德國科學(xué)家和美國科學(xué)家分別在1980年和1982年發(fā)現“整數量子霍爾效應”和“分數量子霍爾效應”,后來(lái)均獲得諾貝爾物理學(xué)獎。在量子霍爾效應家族里,至此仍未被發(fā)現的效應是“量子反?;魻栃?rdquo;——不需要外加磁場(chǎng)的量子霍爾效應。

  2010年,中科院物理所方忠、戴希帶領(lǐng)的團隊與張首晟教授等合作,從理論與材料設計上取得突破,并提出一種磁性離子摻雜的拓撲絕緣體中存在著(zhù)特殊的鐵磁交換機制,能形成穩定的鐵磁絕緣體,是實(shí)現“量子反?;魻栃?rdquo;的*體系。近日,中科院物理所和清華大學(xué)物理系合作攻關(guān),在極低溫輸運測量裝置上成功觀(guān)測到“量子反?;魻栃?rdquo;。該成果已獲一期美國《科學(xué)》雜志在線(xiàn)發(fā)表。
