(2)二氧化碳培養箱

 二氧化碳培養箱是在普通培養的基礎上加以改進(jìn),通過(guò)對周?chē)h(huán)境條件的控制制造出一個(gè)能使細胞/組織更好地生長(cháng)的環(huán)境,條件控制的結果就會(huì )形成一個(gè)穩定的條件:如恒定的酸堿度(pH值:7.2-7.4)、穩定的溫度(37°C)、較高的相對濕度(95%)、穩定的CO2水平(5%),這就是為什么上述領(lǐng)域的研究員如此熱衷于使用方便穩定可靠的二氧化碳培養箱。此外,由于增加了二氧化碳濃度控制,并且使用微控制器對培養箱溫度進(jìn)行控制,使生物細胞,組織等的培養成功率、效率都得到改善??傊?,二氧化碳培養箱是普通電熱恒溫培養箱不可替代的新型培養箱。

(1)生化培養箱

 目前應用的主要有生化培養箱、二氧化碳培養箱、直接電熱式培養箱、隔水電熱式培養箱四種類(lèi)型,每種類(lèi)型都有其特點(diǎn)和*的功用,以用于不同的科研及教學(xué)領(lǐng)域。其中生化培養箱的應用zui為普遍,這種培養箱同時(shí)裝有電熱絲加熱和壓縮機制冷??蛇m應范圍很大,一年四季均可保持在恒定溫度,因而逐漸普及,被廣泛應用于細菌、霉菌、微生物、組織細胞的培養保存以及水質(zhì)分析與BOD測試,適合育種試驗、植物栽培等,在高校所開(kāi)設的如環(huán)境保護、衛生防疫、藥檢、農畜、水產(chǎn)等專(zhuān)業(yè)都有使用。
