    其試驗所需溫濕度可以通過(guò)控制儀表控制各個(gè)元器件的動(dòng)作,從而達到試驗要求。
  加溫裝置是控制恒溫恒濕試驗箱是不是升溫的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節;當控制器得到升溫指令時(shí)會(huì )輸出電壓給繼電器,大約3-12伏直流電加在固態(tài)繼電器上面;它的交流端相當于導線(xiàn)接通;接觸器也同時(shí)吸合,加熱器兩端有電壓使其發(fā)熱,通過(guò)循環(huán)風(fēng)機帶動(dòng)把熱量帶到箱里,使恒溫恒濕機升溫,使溫度快速達到你所的設定的數值。
    恒溫恒濕試驗箱的控制器通過(guò)加在固態(tài)繼電器的通斷調節;我們在恒溫恒濕試驗箱控制儀表上看屏幕上加熱出力多少來(lái)調節發(fā)熱量;這是在89度以上溫度控制,當試驗溫度要求在89度以下時(shí)的情況我們下節再具體講解。
