鹽霧是如何腐蝕機理

關(guān)于金屬材料經(jīng)過(guò)長(cháng)時(shí)間的放置在野上或其它處于鹽霧包圍的環(huán)境中,會(huì )受到腐蝕,我們一直不懂得金屬為什么在鹽霧環(huán)境中就會(huì )受到腐蝕,我們這里就大概講下這方面的原理和常識,從很專(zhuān)業(yè)的角度來(lái)看,直霧對于金屬的腐蝕主要是鹽溶液和金屬發(fā)生化學(xué)反應,因為鹽深液是導師電的,金屬的內部因為這種導電的鹽溶液滲入,就造成了這種反應的發(fā)生,這種電化學(xué)反應形成是:“低電位金屬-電解質(zhì)溶液-高電位雜質(zhì)”微電池系統,發(fā)生電子轉移,作為陽(yáng)極的金屬出現溶解,形成新的化合物即腐蝕物。金屬表面一般都會(huì )保護層,有機材料也一樣有保護層,不過(guò)當起著(zhù)電解質(zhì)使用的鹽溶液滲入金屬內部后,便會(huì )形成以金屬為電極和金屬保護層或有機材料為另一電極的微電池。

除了氯離子外,影響鹽霧腐蝕的還有氧的影響,這里說(shuō)的氧是溶解在試樣表面的鹽液膜,鹽液膜里的氧能夠引起金屬表面的去極化過(guò)程,這種去極化過(guò)程會(huì )加速陽(yáng)極金屬的溶解,由于在鹽霧環(huán)境下,不斷沉降在試樣表面上的鹽液膜,會(huì )讓金屬上的含氧量始終處于一個(gè)較高的數值上。腐蝕產(chǎn)物的形成,使滲入金屬缺陷里的鹽溶液的體積膨脹,金屬內的內部應力被這種過(guò)程提高,從而造成了應力腐蝕,導致保護層鼓起。

如果想避免鹽霧帶來(lái)的對金屬腐蝕破壞,就要盡量避免氯離子對于金屬的侵略,氯離子對于金屬有著(zhù)很強的穿透力,金屬上面的氧化層對于氯離子的侵入起不到太大的作用,氯離子會(huì )破壞金屬的鈍態(tài)。同時(shí),氯離子因為具有很小的水合能,所以很容易被吸附在金屬試驗件的表面,對金屬起著(zhù)保護使用的氧就會(huì )被取代,金屬就會(huì )受到破壞。
