二氧化碳培養箱的控制方法

 二氧化碳培養箱CO2濃度控制與二氧化碳溫度控制有相似之處:
  
  1、濃度控制是兩個(gè)傳感器區別(紅外和熱導),而溫度控制是溫度控制方式區別(水套和氣套);
  2、CO2濃度均一性和溫度的均一性。
  3、濃度控制的自動(dòng)校準系統和溫度控制的溫控系統;
  兩種控制系統:
  
  紅外傳感器(IR)和熱導傳感器(TCD)
  
  兩種傳感器都是準確的,但都各有優(yōu)缺點(diǎn):
  
  熱導傳感器監控CO2濃度的工作原理是基于對內腔空氣熱導率的連續測量,輸入CO2氣體的低熱導率會(huì )使腔內空氣的熱導率發(fā)生變化,這樣就會(huì )產(chǎn)生一個(gè)與CO2濃度直接成正比的電信號;紅外傳感器(IR)它是通過(guò)一個(gè)光學(xué)傳感器來(lái)檢測CO2水平的。
  
  IR系統包括一個(gè)紅外發(fā)射器和一個(gè)傳感器,當箱體內的CO2吸收了發(fā)射器發(fā)射的部分紅外線(xiàn)之后,傳感器就可以檢測出紅外線(xiàn)的減少量,而被吸收紅外線(xiàn)的量正好對應于箱體內CO2的水平,從而可以得出箱體內CO2的濃度。由于IR系統是通過(guò)紅外線(xiàn)減少來(lái)確定箱內CO2濃度,而箱體內顆粒物能夠反射或部分吸收紅外線(xiàn),使得IR系統對箱體內顆粒物的多少比較敏感,因此IR傳感器應用在含HEPA空氣過(guò)濾器的培養箱內比較合適
  
  CO2測量系統自動(dòng)校準功能:
  
  無(wú)論哪種CO2測量系統在使用一段時(shí)間后都會(huì )產(chǎn)生漂移,而產(chǎn)生漂移后直接會(huì )導致箱體內二氧化碳濃度不能穩定在我們的設定值,致使培養失敗,所以我們在這里強烈建議用戶(hù)在選購培養箱時(shí)必須要選擇帶有CO2測量系統自動(dòng)校準功能的培養箱。
