恒溫搖床說(shuō)明

大偏心距大振幅恒溫搖床,采用了由金壇市華城高爾實(shí)驗儀器廠(chǎng)研制開(kāi)發(fā)的“單軸驅動(dòng)”技術(shù),該技術(shù)成功實(shí)現了搖床振蕩幅度 50mm,另外該搖床zui低轉速為50轉/分鐘,zui高轉速達280轉/分鐘,采用*慢啟動(dòng)線(xiàn)路防止了突然的開(kāi)始與飛濺,有效保證試劑的安全。關(guān)鍵部件采用鉻合金和精選鑄鐵材料,堅固耐用。國內的精加工技術(shù),確保機械運轉的穩定性和可靠性。
  
  恒溫搖床實(shí)驗表明:增加搖床的偏心距比提高轉速能更有效的改善培養過(guò)程中氧氣的“供給量”和提高培養液中的“溶氧量”。比如:在500ml三角瓶中裝量為50ml培養基的實(shí)驗中,偏心距25mm的搖床在220-250rpm下,可使培養液的旋轉液面高度達6-6.2cm,使培養液在瓶壁周邊形成一薄層,顯著(zhù)的增加了氣-液接觸面積,從而提高了培養液對空氣中的O2的“攝八”速度和CO2排除速度。而偏心距13mm時(shí),在300rpm的條件下,培養液的轉液面高度僅為4-4.2cm,在350rpm時(shí)液面高度為5 cm左右。因此,在利用小偏心距培養微生物時(shí),只能靠減少裝量和將轉速提的過(guò)高來(lái)改善氧氣的“攝八”速率,其弊端是裝量過(guò)少,培養時(shí)間較長(cháng)時(shí),培養液中水份揮發(fā)量過(guò)大,造成培養液過(guò)粘,使溶氧反而下降。而通過(guò)將轉速提的過(guò)大(300rpm以上)來(lái)提高“攝氧”速率是很困難的。因此大偏心距、大振幅開(kāi)放式大容量搖床*解決了這一難題。

    恒溫搖床用于抗生素的微生物都是耗氧菌,在培養過(guò)程中,必須連續提供氧氣(空氣)。否則微生物不能更好的生長(cháng)和合成抗生素。因此,在利用搖床培養微生物時(shí),搖床的偏心距和轉速是影響微生物生長(cháng)和合成抗生素的重要因素之一。至此,該搖床的問(wèn)世對我國生物制藥研究、應用領(lǐng)域創(chuàng )造了更好的實(shí)驗條件。
